- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I work as a consultant with companies and non-profits, my rate is $100/hour. When I work with individuals writing and editing resumes and papers, my rate is $60/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a half-hour phone call to clarify your project scope, goals and schedule. Then I get started. Half-way through, I invite you to review your project on Google Docs. Responding to your comments, I complete the work and then make one final round of revisions, if required, before delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a school administrator for two decades, I hired over 50 professionals and reviewed thousands of resumes. Previously, I edited books, technical manuals and all manner of communications materials. My business experience includes strategic planning, finance and HR. I earned a B.Arch. from The Cooper Union in Manhattan and a M.Ed.in Educational Administration from Western Washington University.
