- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple flat rate for all driving offenses and have a contingency rate for personal injury cases. We accept all methods of payment, offer payment plans in house as well as convenient 3rd party financing options other firms just don't offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Callahan Law, P.S., Inc, we are passionate about fighting on behalf of individuals who have been injured in an accident or accused of a driving offense. With more than 30 years of collective experience and an impressive track record of success, our lawyers are known for our ability to help individuals secure the most favorable results possible with insurance companies and in court for our clients. As a new client of Callahan Law, we will take the time to meet with you in person to discuss your case. We have a detailed confidential questionnaire which covers all aspects of your case. The questionnaire has been tailored to obtain specific information the that law enforcement may not have gathered or that they may have deviated from proper procedure. We want your side of the story. We advocate for the best results and we can only get these result from fostering excellent communication with our clients and invite them to call, email or text whenever a question arises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Breath Testing: At Callahan Law we have advanced training in the science of breath testing. Factory-training by the manufacturer of the breath test machine gives our firm the advantage in court with direct knowledge of infrared spectroscopy and the science of breath testing. In fact we own a factory certified DataMaster that is used in trial to help jurors understand these complicated scientific methods. Blood Testing: Ms. Callahan has received specialized training in Blood Analysis Methods including gas chromatography at Axion Labs in Chicago. She has studied phlebotomy to learn what can go wrong in forensic blood draws and how these issues can lead to dismissals, trial wins and DUI charges being reduced. Field Sobriety Testing: Ms. Callahan is certified to administer these test by the Nation Highway Traffic Association (NHTSA). Understanding the proper administration of the field tests helps our attorney's identify error's in the officer's report.
