- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't generally charge customers hourly. My pricing is based on customers' need and the intensity of the work which is very much customizable. I highly encourage customers to talk to me and explain their occasion, event etc. for getting the right quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn the customer's idea and expectation as much as possible before I start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught and years of experience!
