Introduction: Meditation classes and workshops (private and group); Reiki and "Inner Light" energy work and healing; spiritual services; and entertainment services (card and other readings), as well as a variety of other classes (writing and brainstorming) are offered at locations in Waterloo and Auburn, N.Y., or in the privacy of your home.
I enjoy helping people heal and find peace, as well as tap into the creative energies and learn new things.

I enjoy attending meditation classes at the Center for Creative Studies. Cara is very in tune with her clients and offers a meditatioin experience talored to the clients in the room during each session.
