Introduction: I strive for 100 percent satisfaction of my food and service. My cooking comes from the 20 years ive spent in kitchens and can accomadate to dietary restrictions. My time at nintendo (cafe mario) has given me the ability to cook any international cuisine. ive always enjoyed the satisfaction a customer has after eating ha meal that ive prepared or them. The culinary field can never be masterd, there will always be something new and better.
