I was very skeptical about using an online site to choose someone to come into my home and install our water heater. After pricing the job with several plumbers in the area and being told I would have to wait a minimum of a week and a half to have it installed, I decided to try this site. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Derek was able to work us into his schedule and by how professionally and efficiently he got the job done. I will continue to use him for any of our plumbing, electrical or home projects that we need done since he is a jack of all trades and I feel like his pricing is fair and he did a great job. Derek remodeled my bathroom. His work is excellent. He was very knowledgeable about about the whole process which helped me decide on products and layout. I would highly recommend him.
