About this pro
The data on my hard drive is not currently recoverable, except by a (very expensive) forensic data recovery operation, which is beyond PittPC's current capabilities. Johnny clearly explained my options to me; since he was unable to recover my information, there was no charge. I'll certainly be a return customer when I need an honest assessment of my next IT issue!Nov 19, 2017Verified
John was very good. He was personable, professional, and informative. He came to my home on the same day that I contacted him, on a Saturday evening. He fixed my personal computer and gave me good advice on updating my computer equipment. I would highly recommend him.Oct 30, 2017Verified

John is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We wouldn't use any other company!Jun 23, 2017
I had a computer that was previously looked at by someone else. Needless to say they didn't fix it. I took it to John and within a few hours it was repaired. ( It was a Saturday) we were so surprised and pleased. He exceeded our expectations! Thanks againJun 21, 2017
