The data on my hard drive is not currently recoverable, except by a (very expensive) forensic data recovery operation, which is beyond PittPC's current capabilities. Johnny clearly explained my options to me; since he was unable to recover my information, there was no charge. I'll certainly be a return customer when I need an honest assessment of my next IT issue!

John was very good. He was personable, professional, and informative. He came to my home on the same day that I contacted him, on a Saturday evening. He fixed my personal computer and gave me good advice on updating my computer equipment. I would highly recommend him.
