    Johnny the Computer Guru
We've had several instances when we needed help with computer setup problems and John has helped us quickly and economically. In one critical situation we were told by the tech people at Best Buy, where we bought a new laptop, that there was a problem such that our data could not be transferred to the new computer and that the only possibility was to send the computer to Chicago to a computer forensics lab for $1000- $2000 and a couple of weeks of lost time. We called John and he took our new and old computers and called back 90 minutes later to say that everything was transferred and we were back in business. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else. We trust him completely. He's also a very nice guy.

    Genius.
John was very knowledgeable about recent scams circulating and he saved me $150 by hacking the hackers who locked my laptop and tried to charge me for a service I didn't need.

    The go to computer geek
My daughter bought me an iPad this Christmas and John from Pittpc not only set it up for me but also made sure my iCloud was linked as well as my email. He showed me how to use the iPad and I have been having a great time with it since. He also upgraded my computer to windows 10 and showed me how to use my email and all of windows 10 cool features. I love the new computer John recommended to me and am very happy with the service he provides.

    Helpful computer guy
John has helped me with many of my technical needs from getting my music library to play throughout the house. He does all of my computer upgrades for me and teaches me how to use my equipment every step of the way. John makes it very easy for me to understand and be able to use all of my devices. John is always the first guy to call for my wife and I.

    Friendly and Patient IT consultant
John from PittPC has helped me with all of my computer needs for the past few years. He is always a great help. He has recovered my data and set up a wireless network for my home. He listens to all of my needs and even taught my older family member's how to use their computers for e-mail communications and other basic tasks. He is very patient and brilliant at computer consulting and his prices are very fair.

    Pittpc
John has done work for me over the past 2 years - first taking the time to listen what my needs were as a small business owner and then providing me with affordable options. He set everything up and made sure I was comfortable using the new set up and continues to be great support. I'm very pleased with the service I receive from Pittpc!

    Great Service!
John is the best! He has done several jobs for us, setting up our wireless, restoring our computer, providing backup solutions and steering us towards the best products for our needs. He is friendly, professional, responsibly priced and fast service! I would recommend him to anyone, and I do!
