- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The thumbtack forms are very general so the first thing I ask is for them to send me pics of the job if at all possible. Then we set up a date and time and any special requests and we go from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have encountered all types of customers. From single men and women, to older couples. They all have one thing in common, they all have junk they need help getting rid of. That's where we come in! Each customer is special and that's how we treat them. With a smile from beginning to end!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We went to a woman that had lived in her house for 26 yrs. She was so pleased when we got done, she stood back and looked at her yard and said look that's my yard. Looks good don't it! And she just smiled. Thats what i want to see when we are finished, a happy customer!
