- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a meet and greet in person or a phone call to discuss your specific goals. Depending on your goals, I like to do a few assessments on the first sessions for progress purposes. After that, it’s time to work and get you the results you want!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you really committed to this lifestyle change? Think of personal training as an investment to your future. Would you spend money on something that you can’t commit to? I hold my clients accountable, everybody slips up and needs motivation, but if you truly aren’t committed to the process, then it just won’t work.
