Chef Brian catered a small get -together at my home. It was a wonderful experience. Chef Brian contacted me prior to the event and helped me decide what would be best to serve with what I had in mind for the evening. When he arrived at my home, he was prompt, clean, and friendly. He went to my kitchen and set to work. As he prepared the food he was efficient and neat. As the guests arrived he was welcoming to questions, but did not make himself part of the party. The food was excellent. I chose an Italian theme with Chef Brian's homemade gnocchi. My guests were impressed and loved the food. When the night was over, he quickly took care of clean up and said an appreciative goodbye and left quietly. There was no stress, and as a hostess, I had a great time at my own dinner party. Chef Brian took all the worries away.

Brian is truly outstanding on so many levels. He is easy to work with, prompt and totally reasonably priced. That's all before you've tasted the food-it is so delicious, fresh as well as presented masterfully! We've even had him cook in our house for an event and he just added to the delight of the party! It was like having a cooking show in the house!!! I cannot say enough good things.

Brian has catered several showers that I've both hosted and attended. His food is always exceptional, and he's had some great suggestions for planning the menu. His dishes are always delicious, he elevates everyday items like macaroni & cheese into something your guests won't be able to stop talking about. I will continue to use him for all of my catered events and highly recommend him!
