The Masters Hands Remodel & Restoration
About this pro
Horrible! Lied about everything imaginable regarding how job would be supervised, sent his very unskilled workers and was paid in full for a job that he didn't complete. Trim work was not caulked, nails in tril not caulked, no returned phone calls etc. I wouldn't recommend him to worst enemy! Hammer holes on freshly painted walls, beat up trim when installing windows, uncaulked trim everywhere!May 23, 2018VerifiedTravis D.'s reply
I am very humbled by this remark, since I always keep such great repor, with my clients. But from a business stand point, there was mistakes on my end, I hired men who ensured their skillset, to caulk and fill nailhokes after I installed the trim, And they did not preform as high as my standards. I will learn from it, and continue to grow my business with more due diligence. That being said, I believe, what makes a company Great. Is when a problem arises, is how they handle it. Will they address the situation with integrity, and do what's necessary, to ensure the work produced is that of quality , and the contract agreed apon, was honored. All of these thing were produced by myself, spending the weekend to ensure it was done correct. Mrs. Meiser, again I apologize for the nail holes and not all the tops of the base boards being caulked, but when I left, you thanked me, and told me how great it looked. And appreciated all the extra stuff I did, just to help you. Please see some attached pictures to refrence on the quality produced on this project.
We loved EVERYTHING about working with Travis and Wes; work ethic, quality of work, communication was exemplary! Plus, they’re just such nice people. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again😊Nov 18, 2017Verified
