FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices vary, but one thing The Masters Hands puts above all else is building and designing to the budget of the homeowner. We are not the type to push products on homeowners to ensure a better profit for the contractor. We want to take the ideas of the homeowner and propose an estimate that meets each individual customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Masters Hands knows each phase is important. On our first visit, our professional Project Managers will sit down and Listen to all your thoughts, your goals, and sometimes dreams so that we may come up with a business plan, that suits your family. Any project big or small, we can do it. We believe it is an investment. We work closely with you from start to finish to ensure that your investment is worked through, while providing you the craftsmanship and honesty you deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a degree in business and architectural engineering and 20 years of experience, I have the ability to provide accurate information and a pricing structure that allows me to provide excellent customer service and the skill set of a true craftsman.
