I originally hired StudioY Collective for an upholstery opportunity, here in Nashville, TN. Upon meeting Tatiana Johnson is when I quickly learned of the professional services offered. I currently contract her for my content management needs. Tatiana Johnson brings flavor to your ear. Making everything she creatively designs visually delicious. She is a professional first. As she provides clear direction and prompt feedback under appropriate circumstances. I immediately found the need for her technical writing talent, after briefly reviewing site content for notably developed websites. I will continue to refer StudioY Collective her to my clients and network not for just Feng Shui needs but when not one of your strengths exist in writing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a flat fee consultation, evaluate the wants and needs next a quote based on the scope of the project, measure, shop and design and finally create a vision for the space. Writing is the same process but consultation, evaluation of your wants and needs, send draft allowing 2 edits and final writing product. Social Media consultation, evaluation of project and flat fee based on the scope of the project and time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation so I am able to get a feel of the customers needs and how I can benefit them. Afterwards, I consider the time and scope of the project and provide an estimate then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors in Journalism, concentration Advertising and minor in Marketing and Public Relations. I have also been sewing (clothing and home decor) since the age of four along with Upholstery training from HGTV's and owner of the Furniture Joint Matthew Haley; not to mention my passion and love of my writing and designing craft.
