I am blown away by my new bathroom, it looks amazing! They do excellent work and from what I've seen, don't take shortcuts. They keep their workspace very tidy, clean up after themselves every evening, and are very respectful, likeable people. They weren't the cheapest estimate we received, but the quality of work and the professionalism we received for the price we paid was definitely worth it. If you want great work at a fair price, call HillBuilt Construction, they get the job done right! I will be calling them back for my next project and for future projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work from a good, trustworthy contractor. They fixed an issue that was uncovered when the wallboard came down. They went above and beyond to make the vanity and sink top that I purchased work in the space. The vanity was the wrong depth, too shallow compared to the standard depth sink top. If I would have had to order a new (correct depth) one, we would've been waiting two weeks or more, but Jamie worked his magic to make it work with the sink top and it looks great! Melissa is willing to give her opinion on colors and style and was a big help to me for picking out flooring and accessorizing. They also fixed an issue with my countertop that i've had in my kitchen for years, now I can order a new stove!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a sevice fee of $50 - 100, payable at the initial appointment, which will be credited to the customer's invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we will schedule an appointment with the customer to take a look at the job first hand, take measurements and pictures, and discuss the project in full detail. Next we would get an estimate to the customer and once approved, we would schedule a start date and begin the project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the company's website, Facebook page or other social media and check out photos of their past work. Read the reviews if they are available.
