- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process generally starts with phone contact to establish client needs. We like to schedule a tasting shortly following initial phone contact so that flavor and design options can be determined. We encourage contact via phone, email, messenger from clients should they have questions or requests about their orders and make it a point to initiate contact with clients to fine tune aspects of their event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We gave had the pleasure of creating desserts for a variety of organizations and events. WE have created delectable treats for DJ Spinderella, The Cast of Fox's Empire, SEPTA, Buddy Boy Winery, The Baldwin School and many others.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Know what it is you envision for your event and be able to be specific about your expectation of what it should look and taste like. Being descriptive as possible fosters a wonderful opportunity for us to sync creatively with your vision.
