- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we talk on phone we will set up a time to meet and I get to see the home.We do a walk through and disscuss what kind of cleaning we will be doing,talk about cleaning products, Special Instructions, Days,times,payments,codes and keys.These are some if the things we talk about. I also like to make sure. I have clients work numbers or alternative numbers in case of any emergencys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I dont have any special training that relates to my job, besides a little OCD ..thats just a little bonus.I have many years of cleaning experience and I am just great at what I do.I dont know everything and if I am not sure about something I will let you know.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually I was a Supervisor working for a Defense Systems Company in Texas.... We lost the contract to Lockhead Martin. I landed a side cleaning job and from there got a few more cleaning jobs.I eventually moved back to Arizona and was working but slowly picked up a few cleaning jobs on the side but ended up cleaning houses full time.
