- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a banquet menu with pricing, but I always tell customers that is just a guide. I can work with anyone on any budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first thing is to talk to them and listen to what they are looking for. Many times this is their first party, wedding,,, so I gather information and then walk them through their whole function
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained under many chefs including 5 star chefs from Nappa Valley
