Neat-a-Holic helped me tackle two closets that were disorganized and filled with clutter. Izabelle came prepared not only to help me get rid of things (several garbage bags worth), but she also helped me let go of things that I really don't need and would be better suited for charities or in our neighborhood yard sale. The result? I got rid of more than half of what I'd been holding on to unnecessarily. Things that I love (like old photos) are now more easily accessible, and the things I do need from those closets are more organized and easy to use. She did such a great job that one of the closets is now practically empty, giving me more options for useful space than I expected. Izabelle is professional, well prepared to help with big and small challenges, and so personable that I had fun doing something I had been dreading for months.

I recently worked with Neat-a-Holic Solutions to organize my home office (which also includes my main clothing closet) after a recent move to a new house. I run a business from my home office, so it was very important to develop a good system for all my books, files, and office supplies, while making the space nice enough to spend a lot of time. Izabelle was very easy to work with, and had great ideas to transform the space with a very small budget. The office looks amazing now, and I'm working more efficiently and with less stress as a result. I definitely would work with Izabelle again or recommend her to others.

Our project was to help consolidate and organize files and supplies at a medium-sized business, which had been generated over 10 years by about 25 people working on distinct projects. In particular, we were trying to consolidate three departments into one. Izabelle made an intimidating process feel easy and fast. The project started with a free consult where Izabelle reviewed the spaces and gave us an estimate for the time to complete the project. She grasped what we were looking for and helped us to think through how we would like the spaces organized. When she arrived on the first day, she had a clear organizational plan that met our needs. She completed the project on time and exceeded our expectations. In the process, we uncovered a number of great old resources that we had no idea we had. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to other businesses.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $50 for assessments, and our hourly rate is $75. We do offer discounts and promotions. For April we're giving up to $100 OFF the project. To get more info, go to our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an assessment ($50) to see the customer's needs and build a plan. This is an important part of the process, once we do all the planning upfront, so are all hands on the job once we get hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are natural organizers. In other words, we have "the gift of organization", and we love solving storage puzzles. Organizing is part of our lives since before working as Professional Organizers.
