Joey was quick and professional in his initial response to my request even on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We made arrangements for the holiday Monday and he stayed in communication throughout the morning to give me updates on his ETA. He showed up as promised and worked efficiently to complete the work on budget. I did a pretty good job of describing what was needed so he could provide a good estimate, and he stuck to that price. Joey has a very pleasant demeanor and good knowledge of electrical wiring. He gave me options for my repair and let me decide which I thought worked best. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

We were very pleased with Joey's electrical services, installing outside floodlights. We appreciate Joey's attention to detail, and his courteous and professional approach. Joey communicates well and kept us informed from our initial contact to completion. We had a unique wiring situation and Joey listened to our wishes and concerns and came up with a good solution. The installation was successfully completed as planned. We will use Joey's services for our next electrical project/repair.

We were fortunate to have found Joey and his daughter to do some troubleshooting and repair work at our home. They arrived before the appointed time and immediately got to work. Joey, with the help of his daughter, was meticulous and thorough, found the issue and fixed it. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing and we had every confidence that all would be well. I would not hesitate recommending him to friends and neighbors and would certainly hire him again in the future. We have been in our home for over 38 years and this was the first time we had to hire an electrician for repair work. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my rates off of competitive companies on the East coast but with a significant discount to the customer - Providing a 30-40% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I put on my booties, shake their hand, introduce myself and give them a business card. I go over the work to be performed, get customer approval, and proceed. I am mindful to complete work in the time promised. But I do not rush. It is electricity, after all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Journeyman license in 2013 and a Masters License in 2016. My education and licensing complements 19+ years of electrical service work.
