- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes an estimate of the type of food or service requested by the customer. Any applicable discounts will be discussed at the scheduling interview.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes listening to the customer's need, determining the budget, and developing a plan to show the best options within the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Culinary School at Stratford University. I am a member of the ACF, and am a Certified Culinarian. I served 29 years in the U.S. Army and have excellent organizational skills which helps in the catering business. I hold a MS in Human Resources Management and a MS in Education Leadership. All of which contributes to providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
