Introduction: Hi, I'm Erin Joseph with Keller Williams Greenville Central Partners.
The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work. That is exactly how I feel about the work I do every day! I love meeting new people, exploring homes and land and searching for "just the right" property for the clients I partner with. Equally, I have a strong interest in helping my clients prepare their home for sale and have the best team in place to help with staging and professional listing pictures.

I have been a resident of Greenville County for 17 years and love sharing all that Greenville has to offer with friends and clients! Downtown Greenville has repeatedly been voted one of the Best Main Streets in America by the APA and Travel & Leisure, as well as one of the Best Places to Live, one of the Best Places to Retire, and one of the Most Bike-Friendly Small Cities in the country. A must see is the curved, cantilevered and one-of-a-kind Liberty Bridge at Reedy River Falls Park. This bridge is unique in its geometry, and there is nothing else like it in the United States!
I have been married for 28 wonderful years and have three beautiful children. As a family, we enjoy trips together, celebrating each other's successes and supporting our community.

My wife and I were under contract with another agent in a stale listing, to say Erin was a God send is under stating it!! Once we were released from our original contract and able to connect with Erin the tides changed drastically. She immediately came in and made suggestions, hired a stager and a professional photographer!! Our house was under contract in 1 week!! If you want an amazing realtor who will give you the attention you want and treat you as if you're her only client then people you have found her in Erin Joseph, if you want a run of the mill realtor who isnt going to do anything go with the other guy. Erin uses the most up-to-date technology and techniques combine with good old fashion people skills to make magic happen. I really do hope each and everyone of you choose to work with her, it definitely was our pleasure. ~Rusty~

I can say that with an undeniable doubt that our settlement would not have been possible without Erin at the helm.
At the get go, as in all home selling situations, I was not completely thrilled about turning the lives of my family upside down to meet the demands of this buyers market. Erin regularly offered many valuable suggestions to increase the show value of our home. Offering services from her list of consultants, our home was renovated slightly to peak performance.
Her several initiatives of advertising campaigns provided an even flow of potential buyers (aka Boots Through the Door) even in the midst of a slow market during the holiday seasons of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
However, it wasnt until we received our offers (yes plural) that Erin rose to the occasion and exceded all our hopes and expectations of what an agent should encompass. Inspections, fixes, and the like were all coordinated well by Erin and we experienced minimal hiccups in the process.
On the night before closing, an unforeseen issue occurred that altogether could have ended the existing contract thus bringing the entire process to a grinding halt. However, by a divine miracle, Erin was used as a huge asset in providing a resource that allowed the sale to continue.
We are extremely grateful that Erin was able to provide her services to us during this stressful process. She made herself available to us as her time allotted, and things got done in a timely, professional manner.

Erin was spectacular to work with. Although she was the seller's agent, she was very informative with me, a first-time buyer! Always a call or text away, she did an excellent job of helping us stay on track to purchase our dream home!! Thanks, Erin!
