Introduction: I am a Personal Chef and Caterer. I have been in this industry for over 25 yrs. I am also a culinary instructor both privately and in our commercial kitchen for our school (Kids de Cuisine) as well as adults. I am constantly educating myself and regularly checking for safer products to use during my cleanup, as well as new techniques to prepare my client's meals. I try to be as flexible and accommodating with my clients' needs. If it's better to service daily, then I will try to accommodate. Most of my clients are Moms to be and Type 2 insulin dependent diabetic's that may have medical issues. I talk with the client to see where there needs are and we create a plan tailored just for them. I am a personable people person. It brings me joy when someone enjoy my cooking. I enjoy making someone's day by giving them a special treat or a little more than what's expected.

I am currently attending Strayer University I attend South Carolina State and studied Nutrition, Greenville Technical College where I received my Associate Degree in Business Management, and Certification in Catering, and Food Service Management The Art Institute Of Pittsburgh where I studied Hospitality Management Greenville Tech Corporate Continuing Education where I have completed a certificate in Accounting I&II, Quickbooks.
