- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Base prices for some services and then others that include larger budgets for advertising. It is based on the growth rate of the company, type of business and what the goals are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you would like to achieve. Then we look at organization structure and how those goals align with your current business model. We then craft a marketing strategy that will achieve those goals. We also make any recommendations that will help to achieve those goals sooner or that would create a slow down in the process (such as sales training). Then we implement our process, monitor results and make changes as necessary.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owned a business for years. Then I enjoyed meeting and working with business owners who were running into the same problems I once had. Then I started training and educating myself on how to grow different types of business models.
