Introduction: As I work with clients I am careful to consider their budget and time. I am also respectful of their home as well as their emotional attachment to it and their belongings. Selling a home and moving can be stressful so I do my best to make the step of preparing the home for sale smooth and stress-free! For vacant homes I have inventory furnishings so there is no need to rent furniture. I love transforming vacant homes to show off the true potential of the home so that it attracts prospective buyers. I also love helping homeowners transform their home and see their excitement when it is complete!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A Home Staging Consultation, including 2 hours hands-on at the home, prepares your home to compete in the market is $100. If you would like a printed follow-up report it is $150.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about their needs, their lifestyle, their timeframe for moving and how I can help. If it is an occupied home I work hands-on (if the customer is ok with it) as we move through the house getting it ready to sell. Anything that is not possible to do at the time I will leave them with a list and they can take notes as well. For a vacant home we discuss what part (or all) of the house that will be staged and their timeframe to be on the market.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising and Business degrees. Accreditation in Professional Home Staging.
