- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically communicate with the new customer to find out more detail into what work needs to be done. Once we arrive at the customers house and find the problem we show it to the customer and give them the options they have to fix the problem and let them decide how they would like to proceed. Once customer agrees we complete work and collect payment. We always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work completed.
