- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run specials sometimes. And of course the more work/larger projects can get you discounts. Reoccurring customers definitely get a discount,cause they are the glue that can make or break a company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to assess the needs/goals of new customers. So they an I know what the full scope of the project intel's,if there will be any obsticals to overcome. Like planning, pricing,or permitting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands on training through various company's. I can fix anything ,i put my mind to fixing. That's the type of person,I am. I even fix my own vehicles. Very detail oriented.
