What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our new customers is our first priority. We will always listen to what the customer wants to ensure that satisfaction in guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I process educational degrees of the following: BA in Secondary Ed, Minor in Health, MA in Higher Ed, and finishing up a Ed.D in Higher Ed leadership. I also have supreme diversity and inclusion, Social justice training and manifest it with annual re-certification courses. I also obtained extensive course work in motivational speaking training, wellness coaching, that all concluded certifications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for educating,motivating, and creating inclusive climates not only to help people succeed but to also help people see themselves better than are.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from major corporations to small local Mom's and Pop's shops. We are flexible, affordable, and efficient. Looking forward to working with you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
look for value! Does the professional value his/her work enough to enable an extraordinary experience for the customer at hand. Look for commitment and great customer service.

What they really want their event to accomplish. Is it to motivate employees? Is it to educate them on a skill set or product? The professional should take time with the customer to assess and allow the event to become all that the customer desires.
