I found Fusion Heating and Cooling on Thumbtack and decided to contact them because of the excellent customer reviews. It was Friday and I scheduled an appointment for the next Monday. Armin responded to say he could come Saturday. Armin came and advised the heater needed a new control board. He ordered the board and came back to install. I also had him install a “smart” thermostat. The next day, he followed up with me to make sure everything was working correctly and there was no problems. Armin was professional and honest and his cost was reasonable. Needless to say, I am very happy and satisfied with his service. I will definitely contact Fusion again for any future HVAC problems or concerns. If you are looking for an honest and reliable HVAC repairman, I would definitely recommend Fusion Heating and Cooling.

Super great! Came out last minute. Was able to repair water heater issue instead of replacing the whole thing. Even got a water hose attachment to replace on outside hose that was broken, so goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Came quickly and on time to help diagnose my issue with the thermostat. He troubleshoot it all the scenarios and ultimately came to collusion. We had a faulty thermostat. The company sent me a new thermostat, and once installed worked perfectly. Fusion continuously followed up to make sure it worked properly.

We were having issues with our furnace being able to meet the thermostat set point, and our house was getting pretty chilly. Fusion Hearing was very quick to answer my work request and was able to come to my house same day. He found the issue with our furnace, explained how he would fix, answered all of my questions. After he completed work, he followed up later that day to ensure no further issues with the furnace. Overall we are very happy with our experience!
