Everything was scheduled around him, including waiting to have my motor home he was coming out to work on towed so that I can get mechanical repairs done to it. I had told him when we scheduled this appointment that I was losing my storage spot and needed to get my bus towed to a repair shop. He called out at the last minute because his coworker, who was also scheduled to come out, decided he had more important things to do. He expected me to be able to easily reschedule for another day, which would mean taking another unscheduled day off of work, risking losing my job by doing so and losing more money from my paycheck.

In my own defense, yes I tried to reschedule. Yes my helper called out- however he was helping his family with an important matter. The reason she couldn't reschedule the work is because, she has no place to put the motor home after repairs. I didn't ask her to take an "unscheduled day off" and risk losing her job. There is a whole long story that goes with this review and I'd be happy to share it if needed. If I say I'll do the work, I'll do it. If I run into a problem which happens on occasion, I always try to reschedule at the customers convenience.... Not mine.
