FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on scope of project, and ongoing needs of client. An itemized quote is given to client for review and approval. Discounts on multi item services: for example Web design, SEO, adwords campaigns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation includes review of web site, social media platforms, current strategy or lack thereof, SEO page rank check, current paid ads, email marketing campaigns, social media integration with the web site (I like to call it share flair), Google My Business, and hashtag research to see if campaigns can be optimized further. Client goals are discussed as is overall budget. I make sure all my clients understand why I am consulting them to begin a project at a different part than what they came to me for, (often someone says I'm thinking about Twitter ads and I have to tell them, well if your email marketing campaigns aren't selling then Twitter ads may not help- your overall SEO needs work, etc). Each case is highly individualized- I don't take jobs just because a client hires me for it- I make sure they understand not just where their money is going to, but why it should be going there or invested into a different part of marketing strategy. I save my clients money because I can see the whole of digital strategy and all it's parts, and know which things need to be done first, second, and third- because my goal isn't for my clients to have a large AdWords budget, but to actually have money made from the investment and provide records of improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Google Analytics Certified and Google AdWords Certified. I completed nearly all of YouTube Creator Academy's coursework to learn how to have your videos found online, Google for Nonprofits, G Suite (formerly Google Apps for Work), SEO through Google Search Console. I use all white hat strategies provided by Google to ensure your site, photos, blog posts, and videos are found online legitimately. I also ensure that web sites load within five seconds, and have a low bounce rate, (a high bounce rate will cause Google to charge you MORE MONEY per click for AdWords)!
