- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to cater to each client individually & try to stay within their ideal budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client inquires, I ask for details. Once a basis is established, I'll send out a quote and we negotiate from there. That's right, negotiate! I then like to communicate ideas until the date for our shoot has arrived. Again, before we start, I make sure we are on the same creative page!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience, studying with a National Geographic photographer & lighting specialist.
