- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $40. There is a lot of options included in resume writing so the base price is subject to change. I normally examine the needs of the client's request and then develop a quote based on the information given. As the business grows, I will start expanding my services through packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mostly do my work online and over the phone. I will either gather information over the phone or send out emails for additional information. I email attachments in pdf file for revision and the final product. I do provide revisions for the most part with my cover letter and resume. I am pretty flexible as far as if the customer wants a specific design and format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a resume writer for a service based out of New York. I also have been in the education field for fifteen years in the Georgia Public School System. I have taught language arts and grammar to students through the years. I also have written small articles for different websites and want to expand my writing abilities to resume writing. I graduated from Emory which was a great experience to strengthen my writing skills. I also had a couple of internships during my Emory career that developed a technical side to my writing.
