STRENGTH TRAINING: With our fitness program, you will improve your health, strength and endurance. We work with weights, medicine ball, stationary bikes, slide boards, battle ropes and power plate. I also focus on speed and agility for those athletes competing in tennis, swimming and triathlons.
SWIM INSTRUCTION: I have been coaching swimmers for over 20 years. I provide personalized instruction to swimmers of every level, from beginners to Masters swimmers to professional triathletes. I coach individual or small group lessons, and I have a few locations available in Solana Beach and Carlsbad. I can also come to your backyard or community pool.
I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals and become stronger competitors in their chosen sport. I believe this is accomplished by improving biomechanics, technique and fitness. I provide personalized workout programs focused on building strength, skill and confidence both in the water and on land.
