I love being a trainer because it's like being part detective, part artist, and part coach. I get to analyze the body and figure out what's working and how to fix it, then put together programs and exercises that work for my clients body and needs, and then coach, motivate and educate them to stick with it to see long term results

Tom is an amazing trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. He not only trains you but also provides you with great information in how to lose weight and keep it off. I couldn't be more pleased with his services and skills. I can already see the results and it is really motivating me to continue the workout with him. I highly recommend him.
