I am a Auto Body Tech, I knew very little about starting a business or the things that would be required so I hired Courtney. The Art of Ascending has a Launch and Grow business package for entrepreneurs, that has helped me tremendously with my start up. Courtney is always professional and courteous and patient she prepared a check list of things that I needed to tackle, as well as too the time to teach me about business structure. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with where the client is. During the first session, I like to get an idea of who the client is, what their expectations are, and I like to utilize the wrap around approach. Starting with a Life Vision and then working with the client to develop a plan to reach that vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my M.A. in Human Service Counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching from Liberty University , My BSW is from Rutgers University.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the helping field for over 10 years. I am a social worker, and have started and sold two businesses.
