Introduction: I customize each workout and nutrition plan to fit my clients needs, lifestyle and goals. I yearn to understand my clients, their downfalls and things they enjoy about fitness. I encompass all those findings into a plan that they'll enjoy doing. If they enjoy doing it, they'll stick to it. With over 8 years as a nutrition coach, personal trainer and group instructor, I've transformed over a hundred of clients.
I got into fitness because I saw how it changed my life. This isn't a "job" for me, this is my passion, and my clients are everything to me. I enjoy being that person that turns their day around. I enjoy being a factor that prolongs their lives. I enjoy giving parents and grandparents the energy and means to run around with their little ones. Health and fitness has changed my life in so many ways, I'm grateful I can use my expertise to give that to others.
