FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely. Consultation is inexpensive and only costs $250 for businesses and $20 for personal home needs. Home offices come in at a bit more ($50 for an individual home office, $100 for a multiple-person home office). From there, we will be able to determine a price based on our services list (coming soon to this page!) and provide you with an estimate. This way, every charge is transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to review the questions at hand. Answering a question in the Tech industry is about more than just words - it's about ensuring that your entire tech setup is in line to meet not only answer your current question, but to be sure that the setup you have prevents future issues from cropping up as effectively as possible. In other words, we love to take a look at your home or business as an entity, and go beyond the question at hand, so that the answer we gives you solves more than just your immediate concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent about a decade now in the IT industry, and I've worked it on all sides of the job. I've been in retail, in call centers, and I've worked as a network administrator and security analyst. I've designed websites and administered home networks. I've been on both ends of the counter, both ends of the phone, both ends of a cable and both ends of a question. My goal is to take my broad range of experience and apply it to my customer's needs to make sure that you get your problem handled in a way that's meaningful to your lifestyle (or meets the needs of your business).
