- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Leather jacket zipper = $60-65 Basic pants/jeans hem = $10. Lined pants hem = $15. Suit coats shorten sleeves $18 Letterman's style patches on $2-5 Pants/jeans zipper = $ 9. Jacket/coat zipper = $25-35 (prices include zipper) some items may be a slightly different price depending on size of zipper and detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer has a standard inseam for pants that makes it easy. Most of the time we stand in front of a mirror. Pull this, tuck this, shorten this etc. It is a custom fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started when I was 9 yrs old making Barbie clothes. My Mother taught me the basics and I perfected them.
