- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing can be based on a consultation where the job is assessed and products needed are recommended. This visit can be conducted in person, over the phone, FaceTime or Skype meeting. For the in home consultations, Ebony will schedule a convenient time to travel to your home and provided an estimate (Statement of Work) a few days following the visit. If hired, work can begin shortly there after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In starting a project for a new client, first it’s important to listen to what the client wants to accomplish. After the evaluation has been conducted, it’s then important to address all of the clients pain points by letting them know how you can help and reduce their anxiety and stress. Once the project starts, make sure throughout the process that the client is pleased. After the project has ended, within 30-60 days, conduct the client to make sure the client has been able to maintain the processes put into place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) certified based on completing essential courses to expand my knowledge and expertise. Networking and involved in my local chapter of NAPO.
