- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like your event - my pricing is unique. New Bride? I would love to offer you a special discount to you if your bridal party requests that I handle their services. Returning Customer? I offer returning customers or customers who book multiple events at a time (engagement & wedding) a discount! Referral? Did you love your experience with me? Tell a friend and receive an awesome "Thank You" gift card to Starbucks, Etsy or Amazon once they book their event!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd love to meet with you for a coffee or grab a chai tea (or 2!). If you're not local, I'd be happy to Face Time to get to know you and understand your vision! I'll take lots of notes, ask lots of questions and make sure that I'm able to make your vision come to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked many years in the Corporate environment, planning meetings and events, coordinating business & personal travel, managing schedules and learning about Enterprise. In College, I majored in Business Administration. My Esthetics education was provided by Empire Beauty. I've been working in the Spa industry for 2 years.
