- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer either on the phone, through email, or through text / messaging to really get a feel for what they are looking for. We like to find out what kind of event it will be, the venue we will be working in, and many other questions to help us determine the absolute best custom package for each individual event. Every event we do is unique and we want to make sure you aren't getting a cookie cutter package, but one that works for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom Flanagan has a business degree from Westfield State University, and has been running the photo booth company for over 4 years now, Joe Stefanelli has extensive experience in running a successful business, and also has training in graphic arts and photography. All of our techs have been trained in professional photography and how to shoot properly in manual mode on a DSLR camera. We don't ever use web cams, only studio quality photography equipment.
