- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique in it's own way and because we offer so many different services we often view the property before giving out an estimate. We feel it can be unfair to the customer and to the business to not view the property and discuss the scope of work wanted or needed to be done before giving an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If needed the first step is to view the property, submit a free estimate via email or how the customer prefers to receive their estimate, lastly schedule the work. Depending on the type of job it is, we also have service contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of site work, landscaping, fencing, hardscape services & the use of heavy equipment, OSHA safety class trainings, 16 years of plowing, business management, accounting and customer service. CDL Class A License, Hoisting License, Medical Card, QuickBooks certification and much more.
