FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am proud of the fact that I try to keep my pricing affordable for families especially. Beautiful photos should be attainable for everyone. At the same time I do need to run a business so I try my best to be fair. I often run promotions and discounts to be sure to ask me about that there could be a promotion running you could take advantage of!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my new clients and understand the look they are going for with their images especially wedding clients. I think the photos turn out best when there is a good connection between photographer and client. For a job larger than a small mini session I usually take a deposit and book the date, my deposits are always 50%. Then on the day I always show up early before my client to make sure I am prepared and ready to go. The photography process is so easy I shoot really quickly and get all the images desired before ending the shoot. Once the shoot is over I post a little preview for my client on my photography FB page and then they will receive their album of unedited images to choose their selection of final edits. I keep these albums up for one year to make sure if there are any other photos my client would like I get those to them. The client will receive a final album of their chosen edits that is password protected and they are free to post, print and do whatever they would like with the images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took photography first in high school. Then I went on to major in photographic media in college. I was professionally trained to be a real estate architectural photographer. I have almost ten years of experience being a photographer now. I may look young but this is my profession and my specialty.
