I have nothing but positive things to say about my entire experience with Rooney & Hodgens LLC. To make a long story as short as possible...I was referred to Bernie after having a number of bad accountant experiences. What Bernie & Norma have done for me and my business (in a span of months) has been so much more than the 3 accounting professionals I have dealt with in the past (over a span of years) combined. The team at Rooney and Hodgens are very competent and proficient in their craft. In the past, I have been made to feel with previous accountants that my business was not as important to them because I don't run a multi-million dollar corporation. I have never received that type of treatment from the team at Rooney & Hodgens. It's very comforting to know that if you are a small business you will still receive the same level of care of large business. I would highly recommend Rooney and Hodgens LLC to anyone who is seeking professionals who not only care about your business but care about you as a person.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service that we offer is priced individually based on the complexity of the service, time involved in performing the service and the firm billing rates. We believe that we offer a fair price for the services performed. We are not trying to turn around and earn a "quick buck." We are trying to develop relationships that will mutually benefit our clients and our firm.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would get to know a customer and listen to what their financial needs are in order to ensure that we can accommodate and perform the required services. And also we would listen to see if there are opportunities to streamline procedures to a more time and cost efficient manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph's University, May of 1997
