What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $345 per hour, but I also take on certain matters on a flat fee basis. Regardless, I strive to be as efficient and cost-sensitive as possible while also providing the highest-quality legal services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation is useful for determining if a potential client has a problem I can fix. If I think I can obtain a good result, I like to schedule an initial consultation where we can discuss pricing details and sign an engagement agreement before starting on the case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a great deal of continuing legal education, even more than is required by the state bar. I have also had the fortune of receiving countless awards from numerous legal publications.
