Introduction: I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. I will provide catering for small to large functions at your home or any other location that you choose. I have worked in many styles of restaurants that are located throughout the United States and Caribbean.
I love being able to provide a service to people that brings them happiness, in addition to possibly teaching them some aspects of the culinary profession.

Great chef! Jim's got a great way in the kitchen. From appetizers to entire Easter feasts for 50 people, it's always fantastic. I'm always game when Jim's cooking!

Jim has cooked for several parties I've hosted and has always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend hiring Jim for your next gathering. He is very reliable and his food is out of this world. From the main course to the appetizers, my guests couldn't comment more about how delicious everything was.
