- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Absolutely - pay per word, rather than an hourly rate. I always get my projects in by the deadline, so you'll be able to accurately budget and manage your time when it comes to pushing out new content. Creative writing has a different cadence and scope, so pricing is on a per project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can be reached by phone, email, or Skype. You explain what I need, and we both decide how long it should take to complete it. Length is also a factor when it comes to the deadline. Deadlines are important to me - I respect your time!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working for a content management company for years, but I realized that all they wanted was for me to pump out articles at a low cost. I couldn't help but write at a certain standard, so I decided to become a freelance copywriter.
