- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes they all have specific pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a phone conference and see what the client needs and wants are. The first session gives both myself and the client an opportunity to feel each other out and if we want to continue with services. It also put both of us at ease, and yes, I too get nervous meeting new clients. We all get that nervous anticipation jitters. After the first meeting there is usually a game plan or direction of where we want the finalization results go. All of which has been previously discussed, and we do some session work to ease the client nerves and give them an overview how the future session will go.
