- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and No. I do offer full service and day-of coordinating with set pricing. However, I want every couple to have the best experience! She Said Yes Weddings and Events is very willing to work with every client and has discounts and deals going all the time. We have customized packages to fit the clients needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we set up a FREE consultation. I don't like to set a time limit as its an opportunity for me to get to the know the couple. We talk about their needs (why they are hiring a coordinator) and what their wedding or event is looking like (vision). From there, I send a quote over to the client with all the details from the consultation. If the client is in agreement, a contract is drafted and we meet again, no charge, to sign the contract. I prefer meeting in person to sign a contract so we can go over it in detail and all the questions can be asked!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet them in person! People can hire a company to manage their website and business. But personality is everything. Take the time to meet vendors and see if you are able to talk easily with them. You want a vendor you 'mesh' with!
