- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a forty dollar diagnostic fee, and then 20 per hour, plus parts. But of course these things are all negotiable on considering the job, or location, etc. etc. setup time, Cat-5 installation and the like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically i will communicate with the customer to find out what the issue is, and then give a ball park estimate, then negotiate price and how long the job will approximately take me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
